Die Direktion Immobilien und Betrieb verwaltet die Spitalinfrastruktur, darunter Gebäudeplanung und Facility Services. 2023 wurde das neue Hauptgebäude als BIM-Projekt digital überführt. Um die Datenqualität langfristig zu sichern, wird seit 2023 ein einheitliches Fachdatenmodell aufgebaut. Mit dem Tool Dataspot soll bis 2025 ein zentrales Metadatenmanagement etabliert werden.
