End user participation and acceptance are crucial success factors. Technological change is often related to unpleasant behavioural change. Therefore, change management has to be taken very seriously. Considering various mega trends such as further internationalization, digitization and changing business models, we ask ourselves: How we can increase our openness and adaptability across the whole workforce? And how can we create more eagerness for innovation in the finance function?
