Our unit has the opportunity to move to the AWS Cloud with its platforms and data. The main challenges we faced were/are:

This presentation gives an overview on the concept of Boehringer Ingelheims Data Science Academy. The Academy aims at providing data literacy to all data users and leaders. It also provides upskilling opportunities for experts in the domain. Besides the general setup, I will give an overview on the founding of the Academy.
