Lars Schroeder

Lars Schroeder is a trained IT businessman and after successfully completing his studies in business administration in 2001 joined the IT department of the Hermes Group in Hamburg. Since then he has been working in various management positions at the interface between specialist requirements and IT.
As a team leader, he laid the foundation for an enterprise data warehouse at the Hermes Group in 2002. Subsequently, he set up the IT department for a newly founded international subsidiary and managed it for several years. Most recently he has been responsible for ERP and HR systems as well as the data warehouse at Hermes Germany.
