SPEAKERS OF 2022

Lars Francke has been involved in the OpenSource space since 2009. He's mainly focused on the Big Data ecosystem and has been a contributor and committer to various projects like Apache HBase or Apache Hive. He is also an Apache Foundation member and speaker at conferences about technical as well as community topics.
Lars co-founded two startups so far: OpenCore which focuses on consulting and Stackable (the GAIA-X member). He's currently serving as the CTO for Stackable.
Lars is 41 years old and lives with his girlfriend and two small children in northern Germany.
