Until when can I still adjust my submission?
Submissions can still be adjusted until the submission deadline on January 27th. If your submission is included in the conference program, you will also have the opportunity to update your texts.
In which language should I submit?
Please be sure to submit your documents in the language of the presentation.
When and where does TDWI Munich take place?
TDWI Munich 2025 will take place from June 24 - 26, 2025 at the MOC Munich.
When will I receive feedback on my submission?
We will try to give you feedback (acceptance or rejection) on your submission by the end of February 2025.
Can I submit a proposal on behalf of someone else?
As the submitting person, you have the option of specifying speakers other than yourself.
How many proposals can I submit?
There is no maximum number of submissions, but we strive to include each speaker only once in the conference program.
I have never given a presentation at a conference before, do I have any chance at all?
We also welcome newcomer presentations and are ready to give you a chance on the big stage at TDWI Munich and support you in your preparations.

I would like to give a presentation at TDWI, but I am not available on one of the three conference days. Do I have any influence on the date and time of my presentation?
Please note any restrictions regarding your availability for TDWI under "Comments" and we will take these into account when creating the program.
