The theory of a data flywheel in consumer IoT devices is simple. However, implementation is challenging and realising sustainable value from it is even harder. This talk will outline our journey with IoT appliances at Miele, and how we are combining the power of IoT and AI to drive continuous improvement and shape the next generation of appliances.
