Katharina Blöcher has more than 10 years of working experience in different CRM positions and is a PHD candidate at Leipzig University.
In her research in Information Systems, she focuses on effective customer data management for data-driven service development. In this context, the method Customer Data Mapping has been developed to equip businesses with a tool that facilitates data transparency as prerequisite for the work with data.
