Sandro Bütler

As an IT Innovation Project Manager at SWICA, I act as a bridge between technical innovation and strategic execution. Since joining the team, I have been deeply involved in our organization's data journey, helping to manage the complex transition from legacy architectures to a modern Data Mesh across the dimensions of Strategy, Technology, and People.

Before entering the enterprise world, I worked at different tech startups specializing in SME- as well as event- and during COVID medical-digitalization, where I developed a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset. I combine this agile approach with a solid technical foundation in Computer Science (BSc.) and am currently deepening my strategic focus through the Swiss International MBA programme.
